Named after a famous stone chariot of Hampi, The Golden Chariot offers a cozy ambiance to the passengers ensuring them a comfortable joy ride.  Please Note:
* Half fare for children of 5 years and above but less than 12 years. Children below 5 years are free.
* 0Service Tax @ 3.09% shall be levied on the prevalent tariff of The Golden Chariot as per Govt. of India norms.
* 0There will be a 10% surcharge on the tariff for the trips falling during Christmas & New Year.
* No Charter can be booked during X-mas & New Year period.
* The above tariff is subject to revise without prior notice.

Tariff includes:

Tariff is inclusive of accommodation on board The Golden Chariot / travel / all meals / Conducted Sight-seeing Tours / Entrance fees at Monuments / Parks / Palaces and Cultural Programmes

Tariff does not include:

Drinks, tips, laundry, telephone calls, video camera fees, SPA Car, Business Car Facilities, liquor and other items of personal nature.

Terms & Conditions

A) In case of Individual Booking:
You have to pay 20% of ticket value in advance to confirm your booking.
Remaining 80% of ticket value should be paid 60 days prior to the departure date.
B) In case of Group and Charter:
To confirm booking for group or charter, pay 50% of ticket value in advance.
Remaining 50% of ticket value should be paid 60 days before the departure date of the tour.

Cancellation Policy:

A) In case of Individual Booking:
For cancellation within 60 days prior to departure, you will have to pay 5% of ticket value.
For cancellation between 30 to 59 days prior to departure, you will have to pay 20% of ticket value.
If cancel your booking less than 30 days prior to departure, you will have to pay 100% of ticket value.

B) In case of Group and Charter: To cancel group booking 60 days prior to departure, pay 10% of ticket value.
If you cancel group booking in less than 60 days prior to departure, you will have to pay 100% of ticket value.
No Show/ En-route Termination of Tour/Amendment:
No Show - In case of No Show and not arrival of the passenger, no refund or adjustment for future travel can be done. The amount will be forfeited. En-route Termination of Tour: In case of termination of tour by the guest, for any reasons, no refund or adjustment for future travel will be possible. The amount for not traveled part of the tour will not be given back.
Amendment - Is only possible in special cases like Natural Disaster / Natural Calamity or Serious Health Problems (needs doctor's certificate) and is subject to availability. No refunds will be made in any case and no amendment can be done if booking of groups or complete train is done. Last decision will be taken on seriousness of the issue. ;
